Les Zeller presenting at Science Exchange

SX presenter information

As PBCRC moves from an establishment to a delivery phase, the Science Exchange (SX) program will feature in-depth presentations of selected research projects, chosen based on project timing, impact or innovation.

The 2015 SX will include two types of presentations;

  • Session presentations of a minimum 12 minutes in length
  • Project updates of a maximum three minutes in length

Session presentations

Session speakers will be nominated by Program Leaders and advised directly. All presentations should be prepared using the SX15 presentation PowerPoint template, available below.

Presentations can be emailed to info@pbcrc.com.au before the SX, or may be handed to organisers at the SX via memory stick at least 24 hours before your presentation.

Abstracts, bios and presentation slides will be made available as PDFs in the conference app.

Project updates (3 minutes)

Three minute project updates may be included in plenary sessions. Project updates not allocated to plenary sessions will be scheduled for one of two concurrent streams in Session 5, a dedicated session on Wednesday 12 August at 2.30pm (see the SX program for more details).

Single slide presentations (one slide only) should be prepared for three minute project updates using the SX15 project update PowerPoint template, available below.

Slides can be emailed to info@pbcrc.com.au before the SX, or may be handed to organisers at the SX via memory stick at least 24 hours before your presentation. The slide will be made available in the conference app.
